The agreement governing your use of the Synthelt AI platform and associated services.
Last updated: January 15, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products, services and websites operated by Synthelt AI Inc. ("Synthelt", "we", "us"), a corporation incorporated in Ontario, Canada. By accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Synthelt AI provides an intelligence layer for architecture, engineering and construction projects. The platform analyses BIM models, drawings, specifications and related project data to surface findings related to compliance, coordination, cost and performance. Findings are advisory in nature and do not replace professional engineering judgement, licensed design review, or jurisdictional approval processes.
You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You retain all rights to project data, models, drawings and documentation that you submit to the platform. Synthelt processes Customer Data only to provide the Service, support, and to improve operational reliability — and never to train shared models without explicit written consent.
Where Synthelt processes personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Addendum governs the terms of that processing in accordance with applicable privacy laws including PIPEDA, GDPR and equivalent frameworks.
Synthelt maintains administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect Customer Data. The platform is SOC 2 Type II certified. Enterprise deployments support Single Sign-On, customer-managed encryption keys and VPC-isolated processing on request.
Fees for the Service are described on your Order Form or applicable plan page. Fees are payable in advance and non-refundable except where required by law.
Each party will protect the other's Confidential Information using the same degree of care it uses to protect its own confidential information, but in no event less than reasonable care.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Synthelt makes no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that findings constitute a substitute for professional engineering review.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages. Each party's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you to Synthelt during the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' written notice if such breach remains uncured.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
